June is going to be emotional month due to opposition between the month and year energies. In order to take control and avoid unnecessary pain, here is a proven strategy. To make it real, I write down in my own personal step by step process.
First, you have to be aware of the emotions. Name it, then find it in your body.
So what I do, I sit down in a quite moment and I let my upsetting feelings coming to me. I don’t pick them up, they are annoying little creatures, like mosquitos around, picking me, but I let it now.
Question: How do I feel this moment?
I have burning itchy feeling in my chest running between my heart and upper stomach. Its painful, uncomfortable. I don’t want to catch it, I let it running around, causing pain.
Now I see it, feel it, and more or less, I know the reason where is it coming from. I know, who is causing this. Not the person who is annoyed me, but me. Im letting myself to distract and I give away the power: who is driving my emotions. Not me. This moment I am stepping back, I am listening my thoughts and feelings.
Then I say Thank you, because I am blessed to feel. I am blessed, because I know, this pain has a flip-side, which is a hidden need.
What is my hidden need here? To be heard, to be respected.
What can I do, when I don’t get the treatment I would like to? First, I give it to myself. I listen my pain, I listen my thoughts and feelings. Don’t confuse active listening with agreement. I don’t believe my own thoughts, I don’t give them manifesting power. These are just informative indications what should I change in my world.
Then I ask my inner child, how does she feel? What is her need? I give her hug, kisses and love in my mind as it was my own real baby. She is, som e way.

When I see other’s ignorance, selfish acting, I have to make the peace with free will. I have to shift my attention from ’Them’ to ‘Me’. I have to be busy to lift myself so their actions doesn’t affecting me anymore.
Creating New Experience
Emotions creating extra energies and better if we release them somehow. I love tapping, TRE and good old sport. If you have little time or space, just jump a little, make some stretching.

Take a deep breath in your belly. If you control your breath, you control your thoughts.
When tension is released, I can focus on picture the ideal outcome. I visualise the outcome what I want, because it feels good. I don’t care if its going to come true or not. What I care this moment is to feel good about this subject. I feel joy and abundance, connection. This is the method I use to heal myself.
